About DNA

A Jeddah firm with an
international spine.

Consultancy, communications and delivery — built in Jeddah, franchised from the United States, measured everywhere it works.

Who we are

Stay FIT for Purpose.

DNA is a Jeddah-based consultancy working across strategy, communications, publications and events for chambers of commerce, government entities, development institutions and commercial brands. Our organising idea is FIT for Purpose, Trivergence's framework for how organisations plan (Foresight, Innovation, Transformation), how they resource (Funds, Investments, Talent) and how they build (Fintech, IoT, Transition).

We are deliberately a delivery firm. The strategy practice shares a roof with the teams that run events, produce publications and operate communications departments — so advice here has always had to survive its own execution.

The franchise

Trivergence, delivered in the Kingdom.

DNA is the official Saudi franchisee of Trivergence, a US-based consulting firm. Its franchise principal serves as Trivergence's Vice President for the Middle East & Africa — so the connection between the methodology and the market runs through one accountable person, not a licensing letter.

For clients, the franchise means three concrete things: international methodology and quality standards; in-Kingdom contracting, delivery and Arabic-first work; and access to Trivergence's network of specialists when an engagement needs depth beyond our resident team.

The record behind the firm

Twenty years. Three continents.
One record.

Built by a founding team that earned its record inside the institutions it now serves — a development bank's President Complex, a US regulator's modernisation programme, the Kingdom's chambers and event stages. The two halves of this team first met on the same shelf — IsDB's flagship publications, led from inside the Bank and produced page by page at DNA. The people are introduced below; here is the trail.

From the client's chair

Before this firm sold consulting, its founding team bought it — commissioning and directing Boston Consulting Group and Roland Berger teams on the Bank's transformation programme and its flagship industry reports: framework agreements, service requests, acceptance certificates. We know what time-and-materials costs at scale. It's one reason we contract on the result.

Teams commissioned and directed at the Islamic Development Bank, 2017–2020.

In the Kingdom, that record ran through the institutions themselves: implementation lead of the Bank's cooperation programme with SDRPY; the Bank's representative on a joint vaccine-localisation team with KSrelief and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources; strategic engagement with the Ministry of Finance as the Kingdom's IsDB Governor; the Saudi G20 Presidency of 2020 — alongside a career of events and training for chambers and development institutions in Jeddah. The firm's toolkit includes a proprietary revenue-cycle-management methodology registered with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (2023). Institutional recognitions belong to the institutions; we simply label whose record everything is.
